We are looking for your support for our team as soon as possible.

Among other things, you will be responsible for the following tasks

*Writing correspondence with the entire team as well as with service providers and customers
*Organize and prepare appointments
*Procure office supplies
*Customer service
*Order processing including issuing invoices and monitoring incoming payments
*Accounting
*Marketing via various channels (e.g. traditional marketing, social media and trade fairs)

*You like to prepare materials that can be built on further
*You like to present the company you work for in the best light and show customers how our company can support them
